An Aggressively Tough Looking Boot – the Icon 1000 Elsinore for Men & Women

First impression? Mad Max Boots! Rugged, tough and designed with an almost futuristic look, the Icon 1000 Elsinore Boots will stand their ground, no matter what you put them through on your riding adventures.

What stands out most about the construction of these Icon boots are the five straps down the side with their cast metal buckles and the stamped metal heel plate. A true statement in themselves. But don’t be fooled, they are also functional. Once you get these motorcycle boots zipped on, you can adjust the buckles to help get a precise fit. Made with a top grain leather, that has a broken in look, along with an axialmetric steel shank and Goodyear™ welt construction, they are ready for rough riding as well as street riding. And the heat pressed leather shifter panel and molded leather shin place, along with internal ankle protection, will keep your feet safe in case you hit the pavement.

These mens motorcycle boots have gotten great reviews (you can read them on the webpage) and I was looking forward to trying on the Womens Icon 1000 Elsinore Boots when we got them in stock. I was pleasantly surprised at their comfort and flexibility. I normally wear a 6.5 or 7 and the 7 was just slightly big with regular socks on, so they may run a tad big unless you’re going to wear thicker socks. I do believe they would take a little break-in for the front ankle (bend), but walking around in them was very comfortable. Overall I would recommend these womens riding boots if you’re looking for something that will be durable, as well as pretty cool looking.

Check out the video review below to get a better look and be sure to check out all the Icon 1000 Motorcycle Gear that goes along with these riding boots. As for sizing the Mens are available in Black or Brown, in sizes 8-14, whereas the Womens are only available in the Black, in sizes 5-10. If you order these up or already have them, send us your feedback, we’d love to hear what you think about these “Mad Max” boots.
