All New Fall 2012 Scorpion Helmets Overview

EXO R2000 Ion

The EXO-R2000 and the VX-R70 are two brand new helmet models from Scorpion. The EXO-R2000 has most, if not all, of the staple features that Scorpion incorporates into their helmets, however, there are several new advancements that put the EXO R2000 in its own separate class. With a new, aggressive race profile, a lighter and stronger TCT Composite Shell, and four shell sizes to facilitate the best fit possible, it’s clear that Scorpion set out to make the EXO-R2000 helmet one of the best sport helmets on the market. If anything were to happen to the face shield, EXO-R2000 replacement shields will be available. The Scorpion EXO-R2000 is expected to be released in the fall, in two graphics options (Scorpion EXO-R2000 Ion Helmet and Scorpion EXO-R2000 Circuit Helmet) and a Scorpion EXO-R2000 Solid Helmet option (Gloss Black, Matte Black, and White).

EXO R2000 Circuit

While the EXO R2000 is Scorpion’s new sport/racing model helmet, the VX-R70 is their new off-road helmet design. The VX R-70 Helmet also has a TCT composite shell and several other note-worthy features. The VXR70 will come in two colorful graphics options (Scorpion VX-R70 Fragment Helmet and Scorpion VX-R70 Flux Helmet) as well as a Scoprion VX-R70 Solid Helmet option (solid black and matte black). With it’s ‘Aero Tuned Ventilation System’ and ‘Advanced Dual Density EPS liner’ the Scorpion VX R70 helmet is definitely going to be a contender in the world off-road helmets.
