The Gaerne G-RT Aquatech Boots utilize Gaerne’s Drytech liner, which serves to keep your feet dry and comfortable in wet weather.  The inner membrane extends part way up the boot, making for an opening that is not too restricted for easy on and off, but provides ample coverage for wet weather rides.  What we really love about the Gaerne G-RT Aquatech boots is the amount of protection built in.  While these boots are definitely a great choice for wet weather touring and commuting, they also have some features that are normally found on more expensive race boots.  Features like replaceable toe and ankle sliders, a wraparound heel cup, and full grain leather construction make the Gaerne G-RT boots a great choice for occasional track duty as well.  Waterproof boots aren’t just good for wet weather either.  A lot of times riders will choose to wear a waterproof boot for colder rides, since the waterproof membrane helps protect you from the elements.  The non-slip sole is oil resistant and will keep you sure footed in many conditions.  For a closer look at the Gaerne G-RT Aquatech boots, be sure to check out our product review video on YouTube!
